Terms of use

JAYPUR KURTI is a marketplace: each product is sold and shipped by the shop named on its page (“Sold and shipped by …”). A bag holds one shop's products at a time, and each order is fulfilled by that shop.

Give your real name, email address and mobile number, and keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for orders placed with your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Shipping is shown before you place the order, and is free on orders of ₹0 or more.
• Cash on delivery available on all orders.
• The price, stock and any coupon are checked again on our server when you place the order; what you see on the confirmation page is what you pay.

An order is placed when you see its confirmation page. If a shop cannot fulfil an order, the order is cancelled and you are told. Delivery times and charges are on Shipping & delivery; you can follow every order in My orders.

Each product shows its return policy. The full rules, windows and refund methods are on Returns, exchanges & refunds.

One coupon per order. A coupon belongs to one shop and applies to that shop's products; its conditions (minimum order value, dates, number of uses) are checked at checkout, and a coupon that has expired or been used up cannot be applied.

Reviews must describe your own experience of the product. They are checked before they appear, and reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product are not published.

Product photos and descriptions belong to the shops that published them, and the rest of the store's content to Laxmi Narayan Traders. Please don't copy them without permission.

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy. Questions about these terms: jaypurkurti26@gmail.com.
